The meeting emphasized that we must always adhere to the work tone of "strictness" as the top priority and "tightness" as the top priority, and solidly do a good job in all aspects of safety production in the last quarter of the year.

    Before resuming work, Qiu Hailing personally led a team to organize a safety inspection covering the entire factory area according to the resumption of work and production plan. The inspection team went deep into various production lines, systematically investigated key links such as equipment and facilities, working environment, electrical circuits, etc., made immediate improvements to the problems found, and synchronously established a hidden danger ledger. The closed-loop rectification mechanism was strictly implemented to ensure that all types of accident hazards were eliminated in their infancy, and safety risks were contained from the source. Through supervision and inspection, the content of emergency response plans was further improved.

    On the afternoon of October 9th, the company organized a safety production meeting for all employees, carried out "heart to heart" education, eliminated the impact of "holiday syndrome", and guided employees to quickly adjust their status and return to their work positions. Through various forms such as case teaching and practical training, we will carry out comprehensive safety education and training, strictly implementing the "training before employment" system. A total of 106 people participated in this training and organized assessments to consolidate learning outcomes, effectively enhancing employees' safety skills and risk prevention awareness.
