               Guangzhou Savera Cadre Performance Contract Signing Conference 
        In order to comprehensively enhance operational efficiency and ensure the effective implementation of the company's annual strategic goals, Guangzhou Seville held a cadre performance signing conference on August 22nd. The conference, presided over by Qiu Hailing, the secretary of the party branch and general manager, aimed to further clarify the performance goals of each department, strengthen the sense of responsibility, unite team efforts, and strive to promote corporate reform and sustainable development. 
        At the meeting, Qiu Hailing, on behalf of the company, re-issued the target responsibility documents for the second half of 2025 to the heads of each department, clarifying and pressurizing the key performance indicators. He emphasized that each department must fulfill their responsibilities with a sense of commitment akin to a "military order", actively respond to challenges, work together and take the initiative, ensuring that all tasks are solidly advanced and achieve tangible results. 
       Qiu Hailing stated, "Just as a boat must row against the current to reach its destination, we must strive to be the first in our endeavors. Only by overcoming difficulties can we break through the current situation and open up new opportunities." The year 2025 marks the conclusion of the company's "14th Five-Year Plan" and also serves as a crucial starting point for embarking on the new journey of the "15th Five-Year Plan." He emphasized that all employees, especially management personnel, must strictly adhere to the directives from higher authorities, proactively drive reforms, innovate work thinking, strengthen performance management, and plan and implement with a goal-oriented approach. They are required to go all out to complete the annual business tasks, laying a solid foundation for enhancing the company's efficiency and achieving high-quality development.
