On the afternoon of January 16, 2025, Guangzhou Sevilla Elevator Track System Co., Ltd. held a 2025 work conference in the training room on the first floor of Building G, Guangri Industrial Park, to review and summarize the work in 2024 and deploy and publicize the 2025 business plan. At the meeting, 8 departments of the company successively reported the work summary of 2024 and the business plan of 2025.

Bagen, Party Secretary and General Manager of the company, made a special report entitled "Flying against the wind, forging ahead - Summary of the company's business work in 2024 and work plan for 2025", reviewing and summarizing the company's work achievements and shortcomings in 2024, and pointing out the direction for the development direction and key tasks in 2025.

General Manager Ba pointed out that in the past year, under the correct leadership of Guangzhou Industrial Control Group and Guangri Shares, all employees of Guangzhou Severa united, worked hard, and resolutely and vigorously promoted various business improvement measures, and achieved certain results in customer marketing, stable procurement, cost reduction, quality improvement, R&D innovation, and lean production. However, in the face of the involutionary industry environment and the sluggish market situation, all employees must enhance their sense of crisis, continuously deepen internal consensus, work hard, and face various challenges together.

President Ba emphasized that in 2025, we must anchor the policy of "ensuring the stock, achieving the increment, increasing profits by opening up new sources, and reducing costs", and highlight the "six efforts".
