On August 20, 2025, Guangzhou Savera Company held a work conference for the first half of 2025. Members of the company's leadership team, all middle-level cadres, some important personnel, and employee representatives attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Assistant General Manager Xu Qingyun, and the company's Party branch secretary and Deputy General Manager Qiu Hailing attended the meeting and delivered an important speech. 
The meeting comprehensively reviewed and summarized the company's work achievements in the first half of 2025, systematically analyzed the current development situation, opportunities, and challenges, and made careful arrangements for key work in the second half of the year. Comrade Qiu Hailing systematically summarized the achievements of the company in the first half of the year in his speech, deeply analyzed the key problems and risks challenges in development, and put forward seven key requirements for the work in the second half of the year to ensure the comprehensive completion of annual goals and tasks 
1、 Strengthening the implementation of responsibilities and building a solid foundation for development: We must firmly grasp safety production and quality control, promote refined warehouse management, continuously improve project performance capabilities, and provide solid guarantees for the stable operation of enterprises. 
2、 Innovate to reduce costs and increase efficiency, tap into the potential of lean methods: focus on precise cost control, make every effort to improve efficiency and increase profits, accelerate the implementation of 16 new cost reduction projects, and ensure the comprehensive implementation of cost reduction and efficiency improvement results. 
3、 Strengthen assessment incentives and stimulate endogenous motivation: Strengthen positive incentives and increase assessment incentives for profitable projects; At the same time, strict accountability will be pursued, and those responsible for causing economic losses will be dealt with strictly in accordance with regulations and discipline. 
4、 Strengthen the construction of work style and promote the spirit of practical work: vigorously advocate the work style of seeking truth and being pragmatic, and promote the implementation and effectiveness of all work with a down-to-earth and down-to-earth attitude. 
5、 Strengthen risk prevention and control, adhere to the bottom line of compliance: enhance the risk prevention awareness of all employees, comprehensively build a solid compliance management defense line, and effectively prevent and resolve various business risks. 
6、 Optimize the cadre team and enhance professional capabilities: Deeply promote the mechanism of cadres being able to move up and down, focus on building a high-quality and specialized cadre team, and continuously improve the standardization and professionalization level of enterprise management.
