RM Adjusting: feeding and?evacuation?of raw?material is?automatic. All the hydraulic?adjustment of raw material are automatic completed by PLC,?adjustment sensors and computer software, which ensure the raw material straightness in XX?and YY direction, as well as twistness?can meet the precision requirement of?product drawings. These?machines are specifically designed?for guide rail. They?solve the problem of low efficiency and low passage rate of local traditional machines.

Planing: planing with powerful wide cutting tools to fulfill the machined surface dimension and tolerance, and guarantee stable quality of product. The characteristic of this high-speed planer is?its?one-pass processing of the raw material, as well as high roughness tolerance to?meet the reqiurement of?guide rails for high-speed elevator.

Straightness Control: the?detection head?of the straightness control machine checks every guide rail that passes through. A system of sensors, PLC,special funtion unit and computer software analyzes the data from the detection head, and instructs the machine to reject the unqualified guide rails.?The qualified guide rail will be spurted a serial number?and have its detection data stored in database.

End processing: High precision end processing line to guarantee the end of the guide?rail can achieve the requirement of high quality machined products.

Auto painting line: to evenly brush paint and anti-rust oil on the products. It guarantees the products appearance and anti-rust effect.
