Guangzhou Savera Elevator Riding System Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guangzhou Severa" or "the Company") began operations in May 2008. It was jointly established by Guangzhou Guangri Co., Ltd. and Spain's Severa Group, with each party holding 50% of the shares. The actual controller of the company is on the Chinese side. The company's predecessor was Guangzhou Zhonglian Elevator Guide Rail Factory, which was established in 1993, so it has 30 years of experience in elevator guide rail manufacturing. The company's main business scope is the production and sales of elevator guide rails and accessories, and is engaged in the research and development and after-sales service of related components. Since 2006, the company has been ranked first in the market share of the elevator guide rail industry in South China.
In the field of low-speed guide rails, Guangzhou Severa has always complied with Hitachi standards, which are often higher and stricter than domestic industry standards. Therefore, the company's product quality is higher than the industry standard and has also been widely recognized in the industry.

Guangzhou Savera Elevator Riding System Co., Ltd. has introduced 3 high-precision guide rail production lines from Severa, filling the gap in high-precision guide rail production lines in South China and even Southeast Asia, and promoting the industrial upgrading of the guide rail industry.

At the beginning of the introduction of the Savera production line in 2008, the China Elevator Association issued a certificate stating that "this move will help fill the gap in high-speed guide rail technology and products in the elevator guide rail industry in South China and Southeast Asia, and will help promote and implement high-speed elevator projects in the region."
Since the joint venture was relocated to Shilou, Panyu in 2009, the factory covers a total area of about 29,000 square meters. The factory is rectangular with a total construction area of 19,500 square meters, and the production scale has been further improved.

The Chengdu factory was established in 2013 and the Kunshan factory was established in 2015, with a nationwide layout and response to the needs of Hitachi customers.

Guangzhou Savera Company focuses on introducing advanced technology and equipment, continuously improving technical level and pioneering ability, and at the same time protecting the core technology mastered through independent research and development with intellectual property rights. In recent years, the company has obtained a number of patented technologies with independent intellectual property rights, and now has 40 intellectual property patent technologies, including 8 invention patents. And in 2019, it was successfully approved as the Guangdong High Precision Elevator Guide Rail (Savera) Engineering Technology Research Center.
